Allow your clients to sign, accept and redirect them to pay their invoice, all in one seamless flow.
No longer are the days of waiting and not knowing if your proposal has been viewed.
Send a branded email to your client to view their proposal online that will wow your client.
Duplicate proposals and reuse content to streamline and cut your creation time in half.
We know how important your companies brand and image is to you. That’s why when we built WP Proposals we made sure to give you the ability to completely brand and style your proposals to your needs.
Gone are the days of spending hours and hours in Photoshop or Indesign. WP Proposals allows any team member to add your own branding and content in minutes. Unlike other proposal software on the market, you no longer need to pay extra to add your own logo or domain.
Waiting to hear back after you send a proposal can be agony. WP Proposals allows you to keep track of how many times your client views your proposals, and most importantly notifies you when they have accepted it!
View counts are also a great way to determine when and if you should send a follow up email. Follow up emails are a great way to show your clients that you care and most important to not allow them to forget about you.
WP Proposals allows you to send branded and templated emails to your client to view their proposal online. This is just another tool to give you and your business a competitive edge over your competition.
WP Proposals will also notify you when a proposal has been approved by whom, when, and for how much. Want your whole sales team to be notified? Not a problem there is an option for that too.
Yes you can! Currently WP proposals is supported with Visual Composer and Elementor. Feel free to reach out to us for any other page builder suggestions.

We’ve begun to share some of the incredible features you can expect from WP Proposals Pro, but we’re not quite ready to fully unveil a list of all new features, changes, and release date. Sign up to be among the first to know.
Allow users to select the scope items they would like.
Require users to accept the terms & conditions before approving proposal.
Dynamically populate client data throughout the proposal.
The ability to format proposals to all currency options.
Ability to drag and drop the sorting of scope items.
Add a banner image to each section to improve proposal appearance.
And more secrets to come…
We have created two new shortcodes that gives users the option to display the proposal timeline and proposal pricing section anywhere on the proposal template. This gives users full freedom to design their proposal with their favorite page builder.
The wait for an optional scope item feature is soon to be over! This has not been an easy task for our team but we’re very happy with how this has turned out and is displayed to both parties upon approval of the proposal. We are excited to soon share these amazing new features and user interface with everyone!
This feature has been a frequent request from our current user base. We’re excited to finally announce the completion of our flexible currency options which will be available in WP Proposals Pro!
We added a new metabox to the edit proposal page that gives you a quick overview of the proposal like approved scope items, client data, proposal status, and more.
We drastically improved the section description and scope items fields by allowing HTML, shortcodes, and the option to enable the WYSIWYG editor to each section. This is a game changer when it comes to styling and the flexibility of adding information and other plugin information to proposals.
There has been a massive improvement to the signature capture form for WP Proposals. We actually started completely from scratch and added required fields and the ability to add a require terms & conditions checkbox to require users to accept the terms before approving the proposal.
We added a handful of new advanced options to WP Proposals, one in particular being the ability to customize the proposal base slug.
We finished building a powerful shortcode system that can be used throughout the proposal to dynamically populate data like client name, contact name, contact information, proposal data and more.
With the new user interface of WP Proposals, we finished the integration of a drag and drop sortable functionality for scope items. This will make updating and creating proposals so much easier!
Our backlog is finally is slowing down and our team is continuing to work on the development of WP Proposals Pro. We’re more than 70% complete!
